This is my sweet sissy. My one and only. But, I never missed having more sisters or even a brother - this one Sissy is perfect. I call her Sissy and she calls me Sissy, and since there's just the two of us, we're never confused having the same nickname for one another.
You can make gagging noises all you want. I'm not ashamed to tell you that I love, love, love my sister.
She's Aunt Sissy to my kiddos, she scored the aunt version of the nickname because she was an aunt before me. It would be confusing for us both to be Aunt Sissy, though...
So, I'm Mimi to my darling niecy weesy, LuLu. Not usually Aunt Mimi - just Mimi.
Lulu isn't her real name, but it is the real nickname that we call her about 80% of the time.
Sissy, as you can tell, is with child. Her due date is June 20th, the day after Shug's birthday.
Lulu is waiting patiently for a baby sister. Sissy's new baby's nickname is Coco.

Sissy needs to blog just so she can have that as a blog name.

That's our mom, Nana's, hand. She's saying, "Waiting for you, Coco, honey. Waiting"....
But Coco didn't really care for her June 20th due date. She wanted to get kisses from Mimi ASAP.

oh my what a sweetie!!! i love these shots.. your relationship with your sister is precious. that is awesome. my sister and i have grown closer since becoming mama's. we are both pregnant with our 2nd babies. 2 months apart. so fun!

Wow! I can't believe I made such a spread on your blog!! Lulu and Coco love their Mimi, too. Especially, Lulu! She was going around the house calling Mimi today. She missed you!
